Our initial client intake is an information-gathering and healthcare-navigation service. It does not constitute a medical assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation or nursing service.

Medical assessment and advice are provided by appropriately licensed physicians and healthcare professionals, independent of Mérida Health Connect, acting within their professional scopes of practice.

Where we arrange a physician consultation, it is provided by an independent, licensed physician through the physician’s own practice. We collect the consultation fee on the physician’s behalf; collecting it does not make the consultation a service of Mérida Health Connect.

Where a patient is referred to an independent specialist, clinic, hospital or other healthcare provider, that provider is independently responsible for the medical services they provide.

Treatment eligibility, medical recommendations, risks, benefits, alternatives, expected recovery and follow-up requirements depend upon each patient’s individual circumstances.

Any costs discussed before a complete medical evaluation should be considered preliminary estimates unless the applicable healthcare provider expressly states otherwise.

Medical fees charged by independent healthcare providers and facilities are separate from our intake, concierge, transportation and coordination fees.

No medical treatment or outcome can be guaranteed.
