Why our approach is different

Healthcare First. Travel Second.

There are medical-tourism websites that start by asking you which procedure you’d like to purchase.

We take a different approach.

What sets us apart

  • Your First Conversation Is With People Who Understand Healthcare

Your initial intake is conducted by our Client Coordination Team, led by a coordinator who worked as a nurse in Canada.

Their role is to listen, gather relevant information and help you navigate the next steps — not diagnose your condition or prescribe treatment.

  • An Independent Physician Reviews Your Medical Needs

Before we start planning flights and accommodations, we can arrange a consultation with an independent, licensed physician.

When specialist care is required, the physician can help direct you to an appropriate healthcare professional.

  • We’re Actually in Mérida

We’re not coordinating your care from another country.

    Our team is based here.

We know the city, work alongside independent healthcare professionals here and can be available locally throughout your visit.

  • You Aren’t Buying a Procedure From Us

Healthcare providers determine which treatments are medically appropriate and establish their medical fees.

    Our concierge fees are separate.

This allows our role to remain focused on helping you navigate the process.

Why Mérida for Healthcare?

A trusted healthcare destination in southeastern Mexico.

Mérida has long been a regional hub for specialized medical care, attracting patients from across the Yucatán Peninsula and beyond. Today, the city continues to invest in advanced hospitals, cardiovascular care, modern medical technology and specialist training.

For international patients, that means access to experienced specialists, modern private healthcare and high-quality medical services — in one of Mexico’s most welcoming cities.

But receiving medical care abroad involves more than choosing a hospital.

Centro, the historic heart of Mérida, capital of Yucatán.
  • Private hospitals

  • Specialist practices

  • Diagnostic facilities

  • Laboratories

  • Accommodation for visitors

  • The culture and hospitality of Yucatán

Beyond the Hospital

You’re also choosing where you’ll spend your time before appointments and, depending on your treatment, where you’ll recover.

Mérida offers international visitors a wide variety of accommodations, services and amenities alongside the distinctive culture and hospitality of Yucatán.

  • A tall monument carved with Maya-style reliefs against a bright blue sky, palms at its base.
Care — private hospitals, specialist practices and diagnostic facilities.
  • A still, open cenote covered in water lilies, ringed by limestone and green forest.
Recovery — somewhere comfortable to spend the time between appointments, and after them.
  • A beachside restaurant under a high thatched palapa roof, with wooden tables set on the sand.
Everyday life — markets, food and the ordinary business of being somewhere new.

A Local Team.

And you’ll have something particularly important waiting for you.

Sometimes you just need someone who knows the city. From pharmacies and groceries to transportation and everyday logistics, we’ll help you navigate Mérida while you’re here.
